By downloading, installing, or using SprayPay ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

SprayPay is a mobile invoicing tool designed for power washing contractors. The App allows you to create invoices, manage customers and services, and share invoices via web links. SprayPay is not an accounting, payment processing, or tax filing service.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all information entered into the App, including business details, customer information, and pricing.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
• You are responsible for the content of invoices you create and share, including any attached photos.

Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described therein.

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SprayPay and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

SprayPay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the App.

Invoice Accuracy

SprayPay provides tools to calculate totals, taxes, and discounts. However, you are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of all calculations and ensuring compliance with local tax regulations.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
