How do I share an invoice with a customer?
After creating an invoice, tap the Share button. SprayPay generates a unique link your customer can open in any web browser. No app required on their end. You can copy the link, share it via text message, or use your phone's share sheet to send it through any messaging app.
Where is my data stored?
All your business data (customers, services, invoices, and your profile) is stored locally on your device. It never leaves your phone unless you choose to share an invoice, at which point the invoice data is sent to our server to create the shareable link.
SprayPay is asking for photo access. Why?
SprayPay lets you attach before and after photos to your invoices. To do this, the app needs permission to access your photo library. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in your iPhone's Settings app under SprayPay.
How do I reset the app or start over?
To reset SprayPay and start fresh, go to Settings (the gear icon in the tab bar), scroll to the bottom, and tap "Reset App Data." This will permanently delete all your local data including customers, invoices, and your business profile. This action cannot be undone.
Can I edit or delete an invoice after creating it?
Yes. Open the invoice from your home screen and tap the Edit button to make changes. You can also update the invoice status (Draft, Sent, or Paid) directly from the invoice detail screen. Keep in mind that editing a shared invoice does not update the link your customer already has.
How do I add my logo to invoices?
Go to the Settings tab, tap Edit Profile, and tap on the logo area to upload a photo from your library. Your logo will appear on all invoices you create and on the shareable invoice pages your customers see.
What happens if I lose my phone or reinstall the app?
Because SprayPay stores data locally on your device, uninstalling the app or switching to a new device will result in your local data being lost. We recommend keeping records of important invoices by sharing them (which stores them on our server) before switching devices.
Is SprayPay free?
Yes, SprayPay is completely free to download and use. There are no subscription fees, transaction fees, or hidden costs.
