How do I share an invoice with a customer?
After creating an invoice, tap the Share button. SprayPay generates a unique link your customer can open in any web browser. No app required on their end. You can copy the link, share it via text message, or use your phone's share sheet to send it through any messaging app.
Where is my data stored?
Your data is securely stored on SprayPay's servers and linked to your account. This means your invoices, customers, and business profile are always backed up and available whenever you log in — even after reinstalling the app or switching to a new device.
SprayPay is asking for photo access. Why?
SprayPay lets you attach before and after photos to your invoices. To do this, the app needs permission to access your photo library. You can grant or revoke this permission at any time in your iPhone's Settings app under SprayPay.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Settings tab, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." You will be asked to confirm twice before anything is deleted. This permanently removes your account and all associated data and cannot be undone.
Can I edit or delete an invoice after creating it?
You can delete an invoice from the invoice detail screen. Invoice status (Draft, Sent, or Paid) can be updated directly from the invoice detail screen. Keep in mind that changes to a shared invoice do not automatically update the link your customer already has.
What happens if I lose my phone or reinstall the app?
Because your data is stored in your SprayPay account on our servers, you won't lose anything. Simply reinstall the app and log back in with your email and password — all your invoices, customers, and settings will be restored automatically.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password?" below the password field. Enter your account email address and we'll send you a reset link. Check your spam folder if you don't see the email within a few minutes.
Is SprayPay free?
Yes, SprayPay is completely free to download and use. There are no subscription fees, transaction fees, or hidden costs.
