Overview

SprayPay ("the App") is a mobile invoicing application for power washing contractors. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

Account and Data Storage

SprayPay requires you to create an account (email address and password) to use the App. Your account information and business data — including your business profile, customer details, service templates, and invoices — are stored securely on our servers. This allows your data to sync across devices and to remain accessible if you reinstall the App.

Data We Collect

When you use SprayPay, the following data is collected and stored on our servers:

• Your account email address and an encrypted password hash
• Business name, owner name, phone number, email, and address
• Customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, and addresses
• Invoice details including line items, pricing, tax, and payment instructions
• Before and after photos attached to invoices (stored as part of invoice records)

How We Use Your Data

• To provide the core invoicing and customer management features of the App
• To generate shareable invoice pages that your customers can view via a unique link
• To authenticate your account and keep your data secure
• To sync your data across devices

Data We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect analytics or usage data
• We do not use cookies or tracking technologies
• We do not collect device identifiers or location data
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties

Shareable Invoice Links

When you share an invoice, a unique link is generated. Anyone with that link can view the invoice in their browser. The invoice data (business info, customer info, line items, photos) is accessible via that link until the invoice is deleted from your account.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained on our servers for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account), which will permanently delete your account and all associated data. Individual invoices can also be deleted from within the App.

Third-Party Services

The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. Your data is stored on our own servers and is not shared with third parties.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, including encrypted password storage (bcrypt) and HTTPS for all data transmission. Your password is never stored in plain text.

Children's Privacy

SprayPay is a business tool not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
