SprayPay ("the App") is a mobile invoicing application for power washing contractors. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.
SprayPay is built with a privacy-first design. Most of your data, including your business profile, customer information, service templates, and invoices, is stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to share an invoice.
When you share an invoice via a link, the following data is transmitted to our server to generate the shareable page:
This data is stored on our server solely for the purpose of serving the shareable invoice page to your customer.
Photos you attach to invoices are stored locally on your device. When you share an invoice, photos are included in the shared invoice data transmitted to our server. Photos are only accessible via the unique shareable invoice link.
The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services.
Locally stored data persists on your device until you uninstall the App or clear its data. Shared invoice data on our server is retained indefinitely to keep shareable links functional. You may contact us to request deletion of any shared invoice data.
SprayPay is a business tool not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
